Cue Clash is 8-ball pool on a glowing teal table, built on real ball physics. Every shot is simulated: balls collide and spread, cushions bounce them back, and the cloth slows them from sliding to rolling. Aim with the guide line, pull the cue back to set your power and put spin on the cue ball: top spin follows the object ball, back spin draws the cue ball back toward you, and side spin bends its path off the cushions.

The rules are the standard 8-ball ones. Break the rack from behind the head string, then the table is open until somebody pockets a ball and takes solids or stripes. Clear your seven balls and pocket the 8 to win, but sink the 8 early or scratch on it and the rack is lost. Fouls such as pocketing the cue ball, hitting the wrong ball first or not reaching a cushion give your opponent ball in hand anywhere on the table.

Play the computer at Easy, Medium or Hard: it looks for pots, plays for position and leaves you safeties when nothing is on. Pass one device around for a two-player match, or go online: quick match a random opponent, or create a private room and share its four-letter code with a friend. Online racks have a 45-second shot clock, and your wins against the computer and online count on the leaderboards.

How to play

  1. Drag on the table to aim the cue; use the Fine wheel (or the mouse wheel) for small corrections.
  2. Pull the cue back from the cue ball, or drag down the Power bar, and let go to shoot.
  3. Tap the cue ball button at the top right to add spin: top to follow, bottom to draw, left or right for side spin.
  4. After the break, the first ball you pocket gives you solids (1–7) or stripes (9–15). Keep shooting while you pocket your own balls.
  5. Clear your group, then pocket the 8 to win. After a foul your opponent drags the cue ball anywhere and shoots.

FAQ

How do I add spin in Cue Clash?

Tap the small cue ball at the top right and touch where the cue should hit it. Above the centre makes the cue ball follow through after contact, below the centre draws it back, and left or right side spin changes how it comes off a cushion.

Can I play Cue Clash with a friend?

Yes. Choose 2 Players to take turns on the same device, or choose Online, create a room and give your friend the four-letter code. Quick match pairs you with a random player instead.

What happens if I pocket the 8 ball early?

You lose the rack. The 8 only counts once all seven of your own balls are down, and you must not foul on that shot. If the 8 drops on the break, it is simply placed back on its spot.
