Ludo Party is the classic cross-and-circle race game with a bright, friendly board. Each player has four tokens waiting in their corner yard. Roll a six to bring a token onto the track, race it all the way around the board, up your own coloured home column and into the centre. The first player to bring all four tokens home wins the game.

Every roll is a choice. Land on a rival's token to capture it and send it back to its yard, but watch out: the same can happen to you. Star squares and the four start squares are safe, so nobody can be captured there. A six, a capture or a token reaching home earns another roll, but three sixes in a row lose the turn. Tokens need the exact number to finish, so the last steps can be the most exciting part of the race.

Play against one to three computer players on easy, normal or hard, pass one phone or tablet around for 2 to 4 players, or go online: quick match a random opponent in a 2-player or 4-player game, or open a private room and share its four-letter code with friends. Online turns have a 15-second clock, you can send emotes, and a computer player takes over if someone leaves. Turn on quick mode to start with one token already out, or make captures required for a sharper game. Your wins and settings are saved automatically.

How to play

  1. Tap the dice to roll. You need a six to move a token out of your yard onto your start square.
  2. Tap one of the glowing tokens to move it forward by the number rolled.
  3. Land exactly on a rival's token to capture it and send it back to its yard. Star squares and start squares are safe.
  4. A six, a capture or bringing a token home gives you another roll. Three sixes in a row end your turn.
  5. Walk all four tokens around the board, up your home column and into the centre with exact rolls to win.

FAQ

How do I get a token out of the yard in Ludo Party?

You need to roll a six. The token then moves onto your coloured start square and you roll again. With quick mode turned on, every player starts with one token already on the board.

Can I play Ludo Party online with friends?

Yes. Choose Online, then Create room for 2 or 4 players and share the four-letter code. Your friends choose Join room and type it in. The host can start once at least two players are in, and computer players fill any empty seats.

Which squares are safe?

The four coloured start squares and the four star squares are safe: tokens there cannot be captured. Tokens in their own home column are safe too, since nobody else can enter it.
